By participating in the Bodied by Bella Affiliate Program on Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Commission & Tracking
• Commission Rate: 20% per sale (based on net sale amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and returns)
• Cookie Duration: 30 days
• Commission Qualification: Commissions are only earned on completed purchases made through valid affiliate tracking links. Canceled orders, fraudulent activity, or returned products are not eligible for commission.
Promotional Guidelines
• Affiliates must only use approved creatives and brand assets provided through the Awin platform unless written permission is granted.
• Email marketing campaigns must comply with CAN-SPAM laws and include an opt-out option. No spam or unsolicited promotions are permitted.
• Affiliates may not promote Bodied by Bella on adult, hate, or illegal content websites.
Social Media & Influencer Content
• When promoting on social platforms, all affiliate content must include FTC-compliant disclosures such as #ad or #affiliate.
• Content must align with Bodied by Bella’s brand values: positivity, inclusivity, body confidence, and authenticity.
Termination & Policy Violation
• Bodied by Bella reserves the right to remove affiliates or reverse commissions at any time for policy violations, suspicious activity, or misrepresentation.
• Affiliates found violating terms may be suspended or removed without prior notice.
Program Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes, and continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the latest terms. your program terms.
