Affiliate Branding Guidelines
1. Brand Representation
• Affiliates must represent Bodied by Bella truthfully and professionally.
• Do not create or imply false partnerships, endorsements, or claims.
• Always use correct spelling, capitalization, and punctuation when referencing the brand.
• Do not impersonate the brand in any form (e.g., using brand name as display name, pretending to be official customer support, etc.).

• Use only official brand logos, banners, or product images provided by [Your Brand Name] or available in the Awin creative library.
• Do not alter, stretch, crop, or recolor logos.
• Do not use outdated logos or unofficial product shots.

• Affiliates may not use our domain or any variation in ad display URLs (e.g., www.yourbrand.com, yourbrand-official.com).
• Domain names or social media handles may not include the brand name or close variants unless granted written permission.

• Affiliates must:
• Use clear, honest, and accurate language.
• Avoid misleading claims like “Official Site,” “Best Price Guaranteed,” unless authorized.
• Not use urgency tactics (e.g., “last chance today only!”) unless tied to a real promotion.

5. Keyword Restrictions (Search/PPC)
• Affiliates may not bid on:
• Brand name (e.g., “Bodied by Bella”)
• Brand name + commercial intent (e.g., “Body by Bella coupon”, “Bodied by Bella review”)
• Misspellings of the brand
• Affiliates may not use the brand name in:
• Headlines
• Display URLs
• Ad copy
• Only a pre-approved whitelist of affiliates may bid on brand-related keywords, and only with written permission.
