TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Welcome to the Classic Football Shirts affiliate programme on AWIN. By joining our
programme as an Affiliate, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
1.2. These terms govern your participation in our programme and establish the rights and
obligations of both parties.
1.3. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
2. COMMISSION
2.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique tracking links.
2.2. The commission rate is specified within the AWIN platform and set out below.
2.3. The commission rate may be subject to change at the discretion of Classic Football Shirts.
2.4. Classic Football Shirts will pay you:
i. 5% on all full price sales generated through its affiliate programme for new customers;
ii. 5% on existing customers; and
iii. 5% commission on sale items.
2.5. Commissions will only be paid on completed purchases that are not refunded or cancelled.
2.6. Self-referrals and fraudulent transactions are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of
commissions.
3. COOKIES
3.1. There is a 30-day cookie length on the Classic Football Shirts programme.
4. VOUCHER CODES
4.1. Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the Classic Football Shirts
affiliate programme.
4.2. Classic Football Shirts reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if affiliates
promote an unauthorised voucher code.
4.3. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set
to zero until the code(s) are removed.
4.4. Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and
codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are
advised otherwise.
4.5. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as expired may be suspended
from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best
practise guidelines.
5. AFFILIATE PPC GUIDELINES
5.1. Classic Football Shirts operates a strict policy on Paid Search activity including, but not
limited to, search engines, advertising networks and social media placements. Paid Search
of any kind without the consent of Classic Football Shirts is not permitted. Consistent breach
of this may result in commissions being declined and you potentially being suspended from
the programme.
6. AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY
6.1. Affiliates must have a valid AWIN account to participate in the Classic Football Shirts
programme.
6.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
6.3. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and AWIN’s policies
7. PAYMENT TERMS
7.1. Commission payments are processed through AWIN’s payment system in accordance with
their payment schedule.
7.2. Affiliates must ensure that their payment details are accurate and up to date within the AWIN
platform.
7.3. Classic Football Shirts is not responsible for payment delays caused by AWIN or incorrect
affiliate payment details.
7.4. Transactions may be reversed if orders are cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent.
8. PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES
8.1. Affiliates may promote Classic Football Shirts through websites, blogs, social media, and
email marketing.
8.2. Affiliates must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or false advertising about Classic
Football Shirts products.
8.3. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Classic Football Shirts brand terms or variations in
Paid Search campaigns.
8.4. Any promotional methods that harm the reputation of Classic Football Shirts or violate AWIN
policies will result in termination from the programme.
9. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1. Each party owns and shall retain all right, title and interest in its names, logos, trademarks,
service marks, trade dress, copyrights and proprietary technology, including, without
limitation, those names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, copyrights and
proprietary technology currently used or which may be developed and/or used by it in the
future.
9.2. Classic Football Shirts grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use,
reproduce and transmit the name, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and
proprietary technology, as designated in the engagement or during the registration process,
on your site solely for the purpose of creating links from your site(s) to Classic Football Shirts
site(s) during engagements. Except as expressly set forth in this agreement or permitted by
applicable law, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative
works from the same.
9.3. You shall not sublicense, assign or transfer any such licenses for the use of the same, and
any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer is void.
9.4. You grant to Classic Football Shirts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use,
reproduce and transmit any graphic or banner ad submitted by you solely for co-branding
purposes or as a return link from Classic Football Shirts site(s) to your site(s). Classic
Football Shirts will remove such graphic or banner ad upon your reasonable request.
9.5. All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Classic Football Shirts.
9.6. Affiliates may not alter or modify Classic Football Shirt’s branding or materials without prior
written approval.
10. TERMINATION
10.1. Classic Football Shirts may terminate participation in the programme at any time.
10.2. Classic Football Shirts reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation
immediately without notice in cases of fraud, policy violations, or unethical conduct.
10.3. Upon termination, affiliates must cease using all Classic Football Shirt’s branding,
promotional materials, and tracking links.
11. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
11.1. Classic Football Shirts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from participation in the programme.
11.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Classic Football Shirts harmless against any claims,
damages, or liabilities resulting from their promotional activities.
12. AMENDMENTS
12.1. Classic Football Shirts reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any
time.
12.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes through the AWIN platform, and continued
participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
13.1. This agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or
claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be
governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales.
13.2. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have
exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or
claims) arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation.
