Affiliate Program Terms
1. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn upto 10% commission for each sale completed through their unique referral link. The commission is based on the net sale price, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts. Sales are considered valid when the payment is processed and the order is shipped.
2. Cookie Duration: The affiliate link will be tracked for 30 days. If the referred customer completes a purchase within this tracking period, the affiliate will earn the commission, even if the customer returns after the initial click.
3. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must avoid the following practices:
Spamming: Unsolicited emails or messages to promote the affiliate link.
Misleading Advertising: False claims or deceptive marketing practices.
Brand Bidding: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on the company’s brand terms in paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads).
Illegal Content: Affiliates cannot promote the program on sites with illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
4. Termination:
By Advertiser: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, especially for violations of the program terms.
By Affiliate: Affiliates may leave the program at any time. All commissions earned prior to termination will be paid as per the payment terms.
Cause for Termination: Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activities or violating program terms may have their account terminated, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
5. Tracking and Reporting: Affiliates can track their performance, sales, and commissions via the affiliate dashboard. The tracking system is designed to be accurate, but occasional discrepancies may arise due to technical issues. Affiliates are encouraged to monitor their performance regularly.
6. Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update the program terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to affiliates, and continued participation after the change will constitute acceptance of the new terms

7. Liability Disclaimer:
Advertiser’s Liability: We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
Affiliate’s Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not liable for any legal issues that arise due to the affiliate’s actions.
8. Confidentiality: Affiliates agree to keep all proprietary information about the program confidential, including sales data and marketing strategies. This information should not be shared with third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.
