Terms and Conditions

We really appreciate your support in reviewing and respecting the following Sleepiest Affiliate Program terms and conditions. 

Please read these carefully to ensure you are maximising your earning potential:

Commissions

  • Paid Subscription Definition: A Paid Subscription is defined as a transaction where the customer has successfully subscribed to a premium plan and has paid the subscription fee. These can be monthly or annual subscriptions. 
  • Commission Eligibility: Affiliates will earn commissions for every Paid Subscription to the App generated through their unique affiliate link.
  • Platform Restriction: To qualify for commissions, all Paid Subscriptions must be processed through the website.
  • No Commission on Free Trials: No commission will be paid on free trials that don't result in a Paid Subscription. 
  • Commission Rate: The exact commission rate will be specified in your Publisher Dashboard. 
  • Repeat Subscriptions: Details of commission for repeat subscriptions will be confirmed when you are accepted on to the Program. 

Tracking, Reporting & Cookies

  • Tracking: All commissions are tracked through the unique affiliate links provided via the Awin platform. These links enable us to attribute referrals accurately to our affiliates.
  • Attribution (Cookie) Window: Publishers are eligible for commission when a customer signs up for a free trial within 30 days of clicking their affiliate link. This window ensures customers have time to explore Sleepiest before starting their trial.
  • Validation Requirement: As per the commissions section above, commission is only paid once the referred customer completes the free trial and converts into a paid subscription. Sleepiest operates with a 67-day validation period, allowing plenty of time for trial completion and subscription confirmation.
  • Cookie Expiration: If the customer does not start their free trial within 30 days, the referral will expire, and no commission will be attributed to the affiliate.
  • Last Click/Touch Wins: At the time of writing, if a customer clicks another publisher’s link before starting their free trial, the most recent (last) click/touch will be credited with the referral. Commission will be awarded to the last referring affiliate, provided all eligibility criteria are met.

Voucher Codes

Only approved voucher codes may be promoted. Publishers are permitted to use voucher codes that are officially provided by Sleepiest through the Awin platform or directly by our affiliate team. Use of unauthorised or expired codes may result in commission being declined.

Landing Pages & User Journeys

Publishers must only promote Sleepiest using approved landing pages and user journeys provided or explicitly authorised by the Sleepiest team. Use of alternative checkouts or unapproved flows may result in commission being withheld.

PPC Policy

Publishers are permitted to run paid search (PPC) campaigns. However, bidding on Sleepiest-branded keywords, including exact matches, broad matches, misspellings, and domain variations (e.g., “Sleepiest,” “Sleepiest app,” “Sleepiest.com,” etc.) is strictly prohibited.

To remain eligible for commission, affiliates must add Sleepiest-related terms to their negative keyword list to prevent accidental brand bidding. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • sleepiest
  • sleepiest app
  • sleepiest subscription
  • sleepiest.com
  • sleepiest login

All PPC activity must drive traffic through approved affiliate tracking links and to authorised landing pages and user journeys. Any violation of this policy may result in reversal of commissions or removal from the program.

Browser Extension Technology

At this time, publishers who operate exclusively via browser extension technology, or whose sales are primarily driven through such extensions, are not eligible to join the Sleepiest affiliate program without prior written approval from our team. We appreciate your interest in the program and thank you for your understanding.

If it becomes evident that a participating publisher has driven sales through an unapproved browser extension, Sleepiest reserves the right to take appropriate action. This statement serves as formal notice of our opt-out from browser extension-based promotion unless explicitly approved.

Publishers who operate browser extensions but do not use them to promote Sleepiest are still welcome to apply and participate in the program.

This policy may include, but is not limited to:

  • Immediate suspension from the Sleepiest affiliate program
  • Withholding of accrued but unpaid commissions from unapproved activity
  • Clawback of commissions paid on browser extension-driven transactions
  • Rejection or delay of validation for pending transactions tied to such activity

If you operate a browser extension and are unsure about your eligibility, please reach out to our affiliate team before promoting Sleepiest.

Prohibited Activities

Publishers are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other fraudulent activity that artificially inflates referrals or sales.
  • Using unauthorised advertising methods, including but not limited to misleading claims, inappropriate websites, or any form of spam.
  • Promoting Sleepiest on sites or platforms that promote illegal, unethical, or harmful content.

Termination of Affiliate Status

Sleepiest reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  1. Violation of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
  2. Engagement in any fraudulent or unethical activity.
  3. Failure to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
  4. Upon termination, any pending commissions will be paid, provided the required thresholds and conditions are met.

Changes to Terms

Sleepiest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify Publishers of any material changes. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
