NASViTA Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
By applying to the NASViTA Affiliate Programme on AWIN, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the programme and define the responsibilities of both parties.
2. Eligibility
To join the NASViTA Affiliate Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
Be at least 18 years old.
Operate a website, publication, blog, or social media account with content related to beauty, skincare, health, lifestyle, or wellness.
Be an influencer, content creator, or media publisher specializing in relevant content.
NASViTA reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 5% commission on each sale generated via their unique referral link.
Commission rates are subject to change at NASViTA’s discretion.
Commissions are calculated on the sale amount inclusive of VAT and discounts, but exclusive of shipping fees.
4. Payment
All commissions are processed and paid via AWIN, according to AWIN’s standard payment schedule.
Payments will be made in USD.
5. Promotional Materials
Affiliates may only use the promotional materials provided by NASViTA.
Modifications to any marketing assets require prior written approval.
Affiliates must ensure all promotional content is accurate and must not include misleading or false claims.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Engage in spamming, including unsolicited emails.
Use paid ads that bid on NASViTA’s brand name or related variations.
Participate in cookie stuffing or any deceptive tracking practices.
Impersonate NASViTA or create misleading pages that appear to be official NASViTA channels.
7. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all relevant local and international laws, including but not limited to:
Data protection and privacy laws.
Advertising and marketing standards set by regulatory bodies.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use NASViTA’s logos and marketing materials solely for promotional purposes.
Affiliates must not use NASViTA’s intellectual property in any way that could harm or misrepresent the brand.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with or without cause by providing written notice.
Upon termination, all NASViTA promotional content must be removed from affiliate platforms immediately.
Outstanding commissions earned before termination will be paid per the regular payment cycle.
10. Limitation of Liability
NASViTA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the affiliate programme.
11. Modification of Terms
NASViTA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme following such modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
