Eligibility
Affiliates must operate a website, social media account, or other digital platform that aligns with the values and aesthetics of Scripted Fragrance.
We reserve the right to reject or remove affiliates if content or promotional activity is inappropriate, misleading, or not aligned with our brand identity.
Commission Rates
Affiliates will earn a commission as outlined on all qualifying candle sales.
Commission rates may be subject to change for specific campaigns or promotions, at our discretion.
Cookie Duration
Referral tracking cookies will remain valid for 30 days. If a customer purchases within this window, the affiliate will be credited with the sale.
Payment Terms
Commissions are calculated and paid monthly, after the validation period.
Payments will be made via the method agreed upon during sign-up (e.g., PayPal or direct deposit).
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Scripted Fragrance Candles honestly and professionally.
False claims, misrepresentation, or unauthorized use of Scripted Fragrance intellectual property (branding, imagery, or copy) are strictly prohibited.
Changes to the Program
Scripted Fragrance reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the affiliate programme or any associated terms. We will notify affiliates of major changes in advance.
Termination of Agreement
Affiliates may opt out of the program at any time by providing written notice.
Scripted Fragrance reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation if terms are breached or brand integrity is compromised.
Confidentiality
All details related to commission structures, internal reporting, and program performance must remain confidential and not be shared externally.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
