By joining the Spacegoods Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are vital to ensure a transparent and successful partnership between Spacegoods and its affiliates.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Spacegoods Affiliate Program, affiliates must be 18 years of age or older. Additionally, affiliates must be located in regions where Spacegoods is authorized to operate and distribute its products. Spacegoods reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion. Only affiliates who are approved by Spacegoods will be eligible to receive commissions for referred sales.
2. Registration
Affiliates must sign up through Awin and be approved by Spacegoods to participate in the affiliate program. Once approved, affiliates will be granted access to a unique tracking link, as well as marketing materials and performance tracking tools. Affiliates must maintain an active account with Awin to remain eligible for commissions. If an affiliate account with Awin becomes inactive or suspended, participation in the program may be terminated.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities

4. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions for each sale made through their unique referral link. The commission rates are outlined upon registration and may vary depending on performance tiers or promotional campaigns. Commissions are generally paid on a monthly basis through Awin, with a 30-day delay to allow for transaction verification. There may also be a minimum payout threshold that affiliates must meet in order to receive their payments. If a customer cancels or returns a product, any commissions associated with that sale will be reversed.
5. Tracking and Reporting
Spacegoods will provide affiliates with unique tracking links to ensure that all sales and actions are properly attributed. Affiliates are responsible for using these links to track their sales and commissions. Real-time performance reports, including details on clicks, conversions, and commissions, will be made available through Awin’s platform. Affiliates should regularly monitor their performance to optimize their promotional strategies.
6. Termination
Spacegoods reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, affiliates will still receive commissions for any valid sales made prior to the termination date. If an affiliate wishes to exit the program, they must provide a 30-day notice. After this period, the affiliate will no longer participate in the program, and any outstanding commissions will be paid accordingly. Affiliates who violate program terms, such as engaging in unethical promotion methods or fraud, will be immediately removed from the program.
7. Liability
Spacegoods does not guarantee any specific earnings or sales through the affiliate program. The success of the program depends on the affiliate’s ability to promote the products effectively. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spacegoods from any claims, damages, or legal actions that arise from their participation in the program. Affiliates must ensure that their marketing tactics are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
8. Updates to Terms
Spacegoods reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. In the event of changes, affiliates will be notified, and continued participation in the program will indicate acceptance of the updated terms. Affiliates are encouraged to regularly review the terms to stay informed about any changes to the program.
