1. Introduction Welcome to the Simihaze Beauty Affiliate Program! By signing up, you agree to the terms outlined below. This program allows you to earn commissions by promoting our skincare-infused makeup products.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have an active website, blog, or social media account to participate. Simihaze Beauty reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application.
3. Commission & Payments Affiliates will earn a commission on sales made through their unique referral links. Payment will be processed monthly, once the commission threshold is met. Commission rates and payout details are available in your Awin account.
4. Promotion Guidelines
Use only the approved marketing materials and your unique affiliate link.
Promote Simihaze Beauty products in a truthful and ethical manner.
Do not engage in spamming, false advertising, or misleading tactics.
5. Prohibited Activities Affiliates are prohibited from:
Using deceptive practices or generating artificial clicks.
Competing directly with Simihaze Beauty or promoting unauthorized products.
Violating Awin’s affiliate program policies or applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Simihaze Beauty’s logo, images, and other approved content solely for program promotion. All intellectual property remains the property of Simihaze Beauty.
7. Termination Simihaze Beauty may terminate your participation in the program at any time for violations of these terms. Any earned commissions will be paid out, provided they meet the payment threshold.
8. Privacy & Data Collection Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Simihaze Beauty’s privacy policy. By participating in the program, you consent to the collection of necessary data to process commissions and communicate program updates.
9. Program Changes Simihaze Beauty may update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
10. Dispute Resolution In case of a dispute, affiliates agree to resolve it through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Limitation of Liability Simihaze Beauty is not liable for any loss or damage caused by participation in the program, beyond the commissions owed for referred sales.
12. Agreement By participating in the Simihaze Beauty Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to these terms and all other applicable guidelines.
