General Terms
Icelolly Marketing Limited values its affiliate partnerships and strives to maintain fair and transparent terms for all parties involved in our affiliate programme.
1. Transaction Queries
Icelolly is committed to resolving missing click-out transactions. Affiliates must submit transaction-related queries within 12 months from the date of the click. Queries submitted after this period will not be investigated or processed.
2. Commissionable Channels
Icelolly.com currently offers CPC (Cost Per Click) commissions only.
Holiday Deals (Click-Outs)
Affiliates will be rewarded on a CPC basis for valid user click-outs to partner sites. No CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) or commission on bookings is provided.
Important Tracking Requirements
Clicks must originate from a valid affiliate tracking link.
All activity must occur within the same user session.
Affiliates should ensure tracking is unbroken and compatible with Icelolly’s tracking solution.
3. Adherence to Brand Guidelines and Creatives
All affiliates must strictly adhere to Icelolly.com’s brand guidelines. Only official, approved creatives and offers provided via the affiliate platform or offer bank may be used.
Prohibited actions include:
Editing or fabricating discounts.
Promoting offers not currently active or approved.
Using misleading claims or unauthorised imagery.
Violations may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination from the programme.
Withholding of any unpaid commissions.
4. Fair Deduplication and Attribution Policy
As a CPC-only programme, attribution is based solely on valid click-outs tracked via affiliate links. There is no deduplication against other marketing channels, but affiliates must not incentivise or manipulate traffic.
5. Cookie Window
Our tracking operates with a 30-day cookie window. Valid clicks within this window are attributed to the last-click affiliate unless otherwise specified.
6. Commission Validation and Payment
All CPC click-out commissions are reviewed and validated monthly.
Payments are issued only for genuine, verified user click-outs.
Invalid, bot-generated, or low-quality traffic will be excluded and may result in further investigation.
7. PPC Policy
Brand bidding is strictly prohibited. This includes:
Icelolly brand name or domain (e.g., "icelolly", "icelolly.com").
Brand + generic combinations (e.g., "Icelolly holidays", "Icelolly cheap deals").
Misspellings (e.g., "iceloly", "iceloly.com").
Affiliates must:
Add restricted keywords as negative keywords in all campaigns.
Avoid using the brand name in display URLs or ad copy.
Violations may result in permanent removal from the programme.
8. Fraud Prevention and Click Transparency
All affiliates must ensure transparency around traffic sources and user activity. Icelolly prohibits:
Automated bots or click farms.
Use of incentivised clicks without explicit prior approval.
Any form of artificial traffic inflation.
Breaches will result in:
Immediate termination.
Non-payment of commissions linked to invalid traffic.
9. Programme Changes and Suspension
Icelolly reserves the right to update or suspend the affiliate programme at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided with at least 7 days' notice via the affiliate platform.
10. Commission Structure
The only commissionable activity under the Icelolly.com affiliate programme is:
Holiday Click-Outs (CPC): £0.18 per valid click-out to a partner site.
This channel is invite-only, and all traffic must comply with programme policies to be eligible for payment.
There is no CPA commission for bookings or enquiries made after a click-out.
11. Ongoing Review
Terms and conditions are reviewed regularly and may be updated at any time. Affiliates are advised to check the affiliate platform regularly for the most current information.
