By applying to join the Rinkit Affiliate Programme, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in your exclusion from the programme and the reversal of any commissions, at Rinkit's discretion.

Paid Search
You are welcome to use paid search for our programme and this includes our brand terms.
Branding:
As an affiliate, you must promote the Rinkit brand responsibly, avoiding any "spamming" or misrepresentation that could bring disrepute to the company, its trading names such as Rinkit Trade, Nicola Spring, Harbour Housewares, other brands, or suppliers.
Domain Restrictions:
Affiliates are not permitted to register URLs containing Rinkit's trademarked terms, misspellings, or reformulations. Affiliates found doing so will be removed from the programme, and Rinkit reserves the right to reclaim such domain names.
Affiliates may not frame the Rinkit website or use masked URLs.
Voucher Code Use:
We do not use voucher codes as our prices are low. Please do not promote us with voucher codes as the main driver - we just don't use them.
Cashback Sites:
Cashback sites receive 5% commission, unless exclusive rates or payment methods have been agreed.
Email Marketing:
Affiliates may send emails to their databases, but Rinkit's branding restrictions and guidelines must be adhered to. Contact the team for more information.
Social Media:
Affiliates may feature Rinkit on social media, but must follow the branding guidelines. The Rinkit brand should not be used to register accounts on any channel. Affiliates may only speak "about" or "promote" the brand, not "as" or "for" it.
Rinkit Wholesale:
Commission is not paid on Rinkit Wholesale orders as they are not tracked via Awin and are on a separate trade only website.
