LiberLive Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By joining the LiberLive Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility
To join the LiberLive Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active, valid website or social media platform where you can promote our products.
2. Affiliate Commission
Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on the sale price of each product purchased through their referral link. Commission is credited only when a sale is completed and paid for. Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks will result in a deduction of the respective commission.
3. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate’s balance reaches a minimum payout threshold (e.g., $50). Payments will be made via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/etc.], and affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes in their region.
4. Referral Links
Affiliates are provided with unique referral links to track their sales. Affiliates must use these links to ensure proper tracking. Any sale made without using the referral link will not be credited to the affiliate.
5. Promotional Methods
Affiliates are allowed to promote LiberLive products through various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media platforms. However, affiliates must not use deceptive or misleading tactics, such as fake reviews or misleading advertising, to drive traffic to the referral link. Affiliates may not bid on branded terms or use paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads) for their referral links unless explicitly approved in writing.
6. Program Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by notifying the other party. Upon termination, affiliates will no longer earn commissions on sales made after the termination date, but any commissions due for sales made before termination will still be paid out.
Please note – this program operates with a 7-day closure notice period.
7. Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent activity, including the generation of sales through misleading methods or self-referrals, will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and the forfeiture of any earned commissions.
8. Modifications to the Program
LiberLive reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. Any changes to the program will be communicated via email or within the affiliate dashboard.
9. Liability
LiberLive is not liable for any damages or loss of income that affiliates may experience while participating in the program. Affiliates agree to use the program at their own risk.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising out of the program will be resolved in the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
