JMBricklayer Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the JMBricklayer Affiliate Program! We are excited to partner with you. To ensure a transparent, fair, and mutually beneficial relationship, all affiliates are required to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
Brand Representation: Affiliates must represent the JMBricklayer brand and products in a truthful, respectful, and accurate manner. Any misleading assertions, false advertising, or the use of aggressive or deceptive marketing tactics are strictly forbidden. Affiliates shall not make any claims or warranties concerning JMBricklayer products that are not expressly authorized by JMBricklayer.
Paid Search & Keyword Bidding: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on the "JMBricklayer" brand name, any variations, or common misspellings thereof in any pay-per-click (PPC) search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads). This includes, but is not limited to, direct linking and bidding on branded terms in combination with other keywords.
Promotional Code Usage: Affiliates may only promote promotional codes that are officially provided to them by the JMBricklayer affiliate management team. The promotion of unauthorized, expired, or non-public codes is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of commissions and/or termination from the program.
Traffic Sources: Affiliates must be transparent about their traffic sources and are required to disclose all promotional methods and traffic sources upon request by JMBricklayer. We do not permit traffic generated from spam (unsolicited emails), adware, spyware, incentivized clicks, click farms, or any misleading or forced redirect links. All traffic must be generated from legitimate and ethical sources.
Content Guidelines: All content created and published by affiliates in connection with the JMBricklayer brand must be family-friendly and suitable for general audiences. Affiliates are prohibited from associating the JMBricklayer brand with content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age), promotes illegal activities, hate speech, or political propaganda.
Commission Reversals: JMBricklayer reserves the right to reverse commissions for orders that are subsequently canceled, returned, refunded, or identified as fraudulent or resulting from a breach of these terms. Commissions will only be paid on valid and completed sales.
Right to Terminate Partnership: JMBricklayer reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate an affiliate's account and participation in the Affiliate Program at any time if the affiliate is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions, or if their promotional activities are deemed detrimental to the JMBricklayer brand integrity or reputation.
