Prohibited Activities
To preserve the integrity of our brand and customer experience, the following practices are not permitted:
a. Trademark Bidding
Affiliates may not bid on “Steph Mazuera,” “Steph Mazzuera,” or any misspellings, variations, or brand-related terms (e.g., “Steph Mazuera rings,” “Steph Mazuera engagement”) in paid search engines such as Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, etc.
b. Domain Squatting
You may not purchase domain names or create social handles that contain our brand name or close variations, nor may you impersonate the brand in any way.
c. Misrepresentation
Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about our products, business, or brand. All marketing must be honest and in line with our messaging and product details.
d. Coupon or Deal Sites
We do not work with affiliates who operate deal or coupon websites. Affiliates promoting unauthorized discounts will be removed from the program.
e. Email Marketing (without approval)
Sending unsolicited emails or promoting affiliate links via mass email campaigns is prohibited unless explicitly approved by our team.
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from our program at any time for failure to comply with these terms or for conduct we deem inconsistent with our brand values.
