Welcome to the SleepsCBN Affiliate Program! These General Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you”) in promoting SleepsCBN’s extra-strength CBN gummies, a natural, THC-free sleep aid designed for restful nights and refreshed mornings. By joining, you agree to comply with these Terms to ensure a mutually successful partnership. Please review carefully and reach out with any questions.
Enrollment
Submit your application via Awin. We will review your application and notify you of acceptance or rejection within 48 hours (Monday-Friday). We may reject applications if your content misaligns with our brand (e.g., promoting illegal products, misleading health claims). Contact us at info@sleepscbn.com if you believe a rejection was incorrect. List all platforms you’ll use for promotion in your application to ensure an accurate review.
Affiliate Links
Upon acceptance, you’ll receive unique affiliate links and exclusive promo codes through our affiliate platform. You agree to:
- Use only provided links and codes without manipulation.
- Disclose all domains and platforms where links/codes are placed in your affiliate profile.
- Avoid masking the referring URL or creating false impressions about the link’s origin (e.g., deceptive redirects).
Your Website must not copy, mimic, or mirror the look and feel of www.sleepscbn.com, including framing or implying your platform is part of SleepsCBN.
PPC Guidelines
Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising must comply with the following:
- Affiliates may not bid on SleepsCBN’s trademarked terms or variations/misspellings (e.g., “SleepsCBN,” “Sleeps CBN,” “www.sleepscbn.com”) on any search engine (e.g., Google, Bing).
- You may not use our trademarked terms in ad titles, copy, display names, or URLs, nor combine them with keywords (e.g., “SleepsCBN Gummies Discount”).
- Automated PPC campaigns must include our trademarked terms as negative keywords to prevent violations.
- Violations will result in commission forfeiture for at least 30 days and potential removal from the Program.
Trademarked Terms: SleepsCBN, www.sleepscbn.com, #SleepWellLiveWell, #SleepsCBN, try.sleeps, The Sleep Squad.
Coupon Guidelines
Affiliates promoting coupon codes must:
- Use only the exclusive codes assigned to you by SleepsCBN or our affiliate platform.
- Refrain from promoting codes from non-affiliate sources (e.g., SleepsCBN’s direct emails, website offers).
- Link directly to www.sleepscbn.com upon click-through, without framing our Website.
- Avoid deceptive practices, such as advertising expired/fake codes or using “show all offers” buttons that improperly set cookies (cookie stuffing).
Sales made with unauthorized codes will earn no commission. If your platform allows user-submitted codes, you must ensure compliance. Violations may lead to commission reversal and Program termination.
Domain and Social Media Guidelines
- Affiliates are prohibited from registering, buying, or using domains/subdomains that could be mistaken for SleepsCBN (e.g., sleepscbn-discount.com, try.sleeps.shop).
- On social media, you must clearly identify as an affiliate, not impersonating SleepsCBN (e.g., avoiding handles like “@SleepsCBNofficial” or implying brand ownership).
- Promotional posts must be distinguishable as yours, using identifiers like #SleepsCBNAffiliate where applicable.
Advertising and Email Guidelines
- Promotional materials (e.g., blogs, ads) referencing SleepsCBN require prior approval from info@sleepscbn.com.
- Email campaigns must:
- Be sent by you, not implying they’re from SleepsCBN.
- Submit content for approval before sending or provide a copy upon distribution.
- Comply with laws like the CAN-SPAM Act.
- Pop-ups, pop-unders, toolbars, or cookie-stuffing techniques are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by SleepsCBN.
Incentivized Traffic
Cashback, loyalty, rewards, and content-based traffic (e.g., blogs, influencers) are permitted, provided they meet our quality standards. Commission rates reflect the quality of traffic or content, as determined by SleepsCBN:
- High-quality content (e.g., detailed reviews, wellness-focused posts) may earn higher commissions.
- Low-quality or misleading traffic may result in reduced or declined commissions.
Disclose your traffic model during application to ensure alignment.
Commission Structure
- Base Commission: 20% on each sale generated via your affiliate link or assigned promo code, tracked in real-time.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 40% commission for top performers, based on sales volume and content quality, as communicated during onboarding.
- Payouts: Paid monthly via [insert method, e.g., PayPal], within 14 days of month’s end, with a $50 minimum payout.
- Sales are approved only if tracked accurately and attributed per our platform’s rules. Unauthorized code use results in zero commission for those sales.
Compliance and Violations
You are responsible for continuous compliance with these Terms. Violations (e.g., PPC brand bidding, unauthorized codes, deceptive tactics) may lead to:
- Reversal of commissions for affected sales.
- Immediate Program termination.
- Forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
We may audit your methods and request documentation to verify compliance.
