Welcome to The Shirt Company affiliate program. We value your partnership and are committed to supporting publishers who share our appreciation for timeless design, elevated wardrobe staples, and intelligent fashion. To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, please review the following program terms:
Commission Structure
We offer a competitive commission on the net sale value (excluding VAT, shipping, credit card fees, and service charges). Commission is tracked and validated through the Awin platform. Please refer to your Awin dashboard for current rates and promotional terms.
Commission Exclusions
Commission may not be awarded on the following:
Canceled or returned orders
Orders where the customer failed a credit check
Duplicate orders
Breaches of program terms (e.g. unauthorized PPC activity or use of unapproved discount codes)
Out-of-stock or unfulfilled items
Non-commissionable items or categories as communicated in advance
Attribution
Last-click attribution is applied via Awin tracking. Commission is only awarded when the sale can be clearly attributed to an affiliate’s referral through an active tracking link.
Discount & Promo Code Usage
Only approved and distributed discount codes may be promoted. Use of expired or unauthorized codes may result in declined commissions. Coupon or voucher publishers must not apply discounts unless specifically approved and issued via Awin.
Paid Search (PPC) Policy
We do not permit PPC bidding on our brand name, brand plus keywords, or misspellings. This includes direct linking, using our brand name in ad titles, display URLs, or descriptions.
If you would like to discuss a custom paid search opportunity, please contact us first for written approval. Publishers who add our brand name as a negative keyword will remain eligible for full commission.
Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to represent The Shirt Company in a manner consistent with our premium positioning. Please refer to our Branding Guidelines for full details on tone, imagery, and messaging. Low-quality content, misleading promotions, or inconsistent brand representation may result in removal from the program.
Website Downtime & Program Changes
We aim to provide at least 3–5 days’ notice before scheduled website maintenance and 14 days’ notice for material changes to commission rates or program terms.
Cookie Duration
Our standard cookie length is [insert duration, e.g. 30 days]. Commission is only awarded if the customer completes the purchase within this time frame.
Termination
We reserve the right to remove publishers from the program at any time for breach of terms or activity that may negatively impact our brand. We are committed to transparency and fairness and will review all issues on a case-by-case basis.
