Welcome to the Bouclème Affiliate Program! We’re thrilled to partner with content creators, bloggers, influencers, and marketers who are passionate about natural beauty, clean ingredients, and empowering individuals with curly, coily, and wavy hair. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before joining our program.
1. Program Overview
Bouclème is a Black woman-owned brand offering plant-based, sulfate-free haircare for natural curls, coils, and waves. As an affiliate, you’ll earn commissions by promoting our trusted 3-step system and products across your digital platforms. We expect all affiliates to uphold our brand values of integrity, authenticity, and inclusion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a competitive commission on all qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate link.
Commission rates may vary based on performance and promotional periods.
Refer to the Awin dashboard for current rates.
3. Cookie Duration
We use a 30-day cookie window.
If a user clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will be credited for the sale.
Returning customers must click your link again to renew tracking.
4. Prohibited Promotional Methods
To maintain brand reputation and integrity, the following are not permitted:
Paid search bidding on Bouclème branded keywords
Use of coupons or voucher sites without approval
Spammy or misleading advertising
Any form of cookie stuffing or forced click tracking
Promoting through adult, offensive, or illegal content
Violating these terms may lead to immediate termination from the program.
5. Approved Marketing Channels
You may promote Bouclème via:
Blogs and personal websites
Social media (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Email marketing (with permission-based lists)
Video content and tutorials
Review or comparison websites
If you are unsure whether your channel is appropriate, please contact us via Awin for clarification.
6. Brand Guidelines
All messaging must align with Bouclème’s values. Please:
Use only approved product images and logos
Avoid making medical or exaggerated claims
Represent the brand honestly and respectfully
Disclose affiliate relationships as required by law (e.g., using #ad or affiliate disclaimer)
7. Content Ownership
All content you create remains your property.
Bouclème reserves the right to share or repost affiliate content on our platforms (with credit) for marketing purposes.
8. Payment Terms
All commissions are tracked and paid through the Awin platform according to their payment schedule.
Ensure your Awin account information is accurate to avoid payment delays.
9. Program Termination and Modifications
Bouclème reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate at any time for:
Breach of terms
Fraudulent activity
Misrepresentation of our brand
We may modify these terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation implies acceptance.
10. CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) Terms
The following conditions apply specifically to CSS partners:
10.1. Bidding Restrictions
CSS partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on any Bouclème branded keywords (including brand name variations, misspellings, or trademarked terms) across all search engines and paid channels.
10.2. Permitted Targeting
You may only target generic, non-branded keywords related to our products or haircare category (e.g., “plant-based curl cream,” “sulfate-free shampoo”). Use of the Bouclème name or any confusingly similar term is not allowed.
10.3. Data Feed Compliance
CSS partners must use the official product feeds provided via Awin. Scraping or unauthorized collection of data from the Bouclème website is prohibited.
10.4. No Performance Max
Performance Max or similar automated bidding campaigns targeting branded terms are not permitted without explicit prior written approval from Bouclème.
10.5. Enforcement & Consequences
Any breach of these CSS terms may result in immediate suspension from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
