By joining the Simply Hammocks Affiliate Programme via Awin, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before promoting our products.
1. Programme Overview
The Simply Hammocks Affiliate Programme allows affiliates to earn commission by referring customers to our website using unique tracking links provided by Awin. Affiliates may promote our products through blogs, websites, social media, email newsletters, or other approved digital content channels.
2. Commission & Payments
Commission rates are set and managed via the Awin platform.
Commission is earned on net sales (excluding VAT, delivery fees, returns, or cancellations).
Payments are processed by Awin according to their standard payment schedule.
We reserve the right to amend commission rates or offer special incentives at any time.
3. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to create genuine, original content that aligns with Simply Hammocks’ brand values. This may include:
Product reviews, blog articles, or editorial content
Social media posts (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
User-generated content (UGC) featuring our products
You may not:
Misrepresent the brand or make misleading claims
Use deceptive links, cookie stuffing, or forced redirects
Engage in spammy behaviour (e.g. unsolicited bulk emails or forum spam)
Promote on adult, gambling, or offensive content platforms
4. Use of Assets & Branding
Affiliates may use approved images, logos, and descriptions supplied by Simply Hammocks or via Awin. All content must present the brand respectfully and accurately. Our logo and branding must not be altered or used in a misleading context.
5. Paid Advertising
Affiliates may not bid on the Simply Hammocks brand name or close variations (e.g. “simplyhammocks”, “simply hammocks discount”) in PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns on Google, Bing, or other platforms.
Direct linking to our website from paid advertisements is not permitted.
6. Affiliate Link Usage
All affiliate links must be correctly tagged and generated via the Awin platform. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with ASA and CMA guidelines (e.g. using statements such as “This post contains affiliate links – I may earn a small commission if you purchase through them”).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the programme at any time if you breach these terms, misuse affiliate links, or carry out any activity deemed harmful to Simply Hammocks’ reputation.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme following any changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
