PartyAnimal PPC Policy
Branded Terms: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on PartyAnimal's brand name, variations, or misspellings (e.g., "PartyAnimal", "Party Animal", "GetPartyAnimal.com") in any search engine or advertising platform.
Domain Names: Affiliates may not use PartyAnimal's brand name or variations in their display URLs or landing page URLs for PPC campaigns.
Ad Copy: Affiliates are not allowed to use PartyAnimal's brand name in their ad copy unless explicitly authorized in writing.
Trademark Usage: Use of PartyAnimal's trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material in PPC ads is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Direct Linking: Affiliates are not permitted to direct link from PPC ads to PartyAnimal's website.
Competitor Terms: Bidding on competitor brand names or trademarks is not allowed.
Content Approval: All PPC ad content must be approved by PartyAnimal before going live.
Negative Keywords: Affiliates must use "PartyAnimal" and related terms as negative keywords in their campaigns to prevent appearing for branded searches.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all advertising policies set by the respective advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
Monitoring: PartyAnimal reserves the right to monitor affiliates' PPC activities and request changes or cessation of campaigns that violate these rules.
Penalties: Violation of these PPC rules may result in commission reversals, suspension, or termination from the affiliate program.
Exceptions: Any exceptions to these rules must be obtained in writing from PartyAnimal.
