Acceptance & Participation

Paid once, on the customer’s first purchase/sign-up only.

No commission for upgrades, add-ons, or future purchases.

Lead Validity & Payments

Leads must be valid: new prospects, not already in QuadLayers’ sales pipeline.

You must keep payment details and tax forms up to date.

If payment requirements aren’t met within 6 months, the commission is forfeited.

QuadLayers decides the payout currency and exchange rate.

No altering, misleading, or unauthorized use.

Confidentiality & Data

You must protect QuadLayers’ confidential information.

Customer data always belongs to the customer.
