📌 Brand Bidding Guidelines for Affiliates

To protect the integrity of the QuadLayers brand and ensure fair competition among affiliates, the following rules apply regarding the use of our trademarks in paid advertising campaigns:

1. Trademark Keywords

Prohibited: Bidding on keywords in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, etc.) that include our trademarks or any variations/misspellings (e.g., “QuadLayers,” “QuadLayers Checkout Manager”).

Prohibited: Engaging in “typosquatting” or bidding on misspellings of our brand to capture traffic.

Allowed: Bidding on generic keywords related to industry, product category, or function (e.g., “WooCommerce checkout plugin,” “best WordPress cart plugin”), provided they do not include our brand terms.

2. Use in Ads

Prohibited: Using the QuadLayers name, logo, or any of our registered marks directly in ad copy without prior written approval.

Allowed: Referring to QuadLayers in reviews, comparisons, or editorial content on your own site, provided the content is accurate, not misleading, and complies with our Affiliate Policies.

3. Landing Pages

Affiliates may not create landing pages that appear to represent QuadLayers, our official website, or impersonate our brand in any way.

Affiliate sites must clearly identify themselves as independent from QuadLayers while using affiliate links.

4. Enforcement & Penalties

Any violation of these guidelines may result in:

Immediate forfeiture of commissions generated through brand bidding.

Suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program, at QuadLayers’ discretion.
