CURRENT AGREEMENT
Welcome to the Tara Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with you. Below are the detailed terms and conditions that govern our affiliate relationship.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To apply for our affiliate program, please complete the application on the AWIN platform. We’ll review your application and respond with your acceptance status. We reserve the right to reject any application for reasons including, but not limited to, content deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with our brand values.
2. Affiliate Obligations and Promotion
Upon acceptance, you will be granted access to our range of promotional materials. As an affiliate:
• You agree to use the provided materials in a manner that is respectful and in line with our brand image. No illegal activities, violent behavior, sexual behavior, alcohol, tobacco, animal abuse, or other similar activities can be a part of the Tara affiliate campaign.
• You are encouraged to include links on your site and within your social media to promote Tara.
• All promotions should include information on promotions, discounts, or other key selling points as communicated in the affiliate dashboard.
3. Commissions and Payment
• Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% for each sale made through a tracked affiliate link, with an attribution window of 30 days.
• All payments are processed and managed via the AWIN platform.
4. PPC Bidding Rules
Publishers are prohibited to bid on the following:
Branded/trademarked terms:
- Tara
- Tara Formula
- Tara Nature's Formula
- Tara Haircare
- Tara Hair Care
- Tara Skincare
- Tara Skin Care
- Paid Search publishers are also not allowed to use the brand name Tara in:
- Display URL
- Title & Ad Copy
5. Order Processing, Reports, and Tracking
• Tara is responsible for order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
• AWIN will provide tracking of all sales made through your affiliate links using their system which is accessible via your affiliate account.
• You can access real-time reports through AWIN to view details regarding the traffic and sales you have generated.
6. Policies, Pricing, and Inventory
Customers who purchase products through this program are considered customers of Tara. Therefore, all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales apply to these customers.
7. Intellectual Property
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials as provided in the affiliate program.
• You are not permitted to modify any branding or marketing materials without prior written permission from Tara.
8. Term and Termination
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will continue unless terminated by either party. Either you or Tara may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice or through the AWIN portal.
9. Modification
Tara may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Notification of any changes will be sent through the AWIN portal.
10. Liability and Indemnification
Tara will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of "intents of harm" to the program. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tara from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or events arising from your participation in this program.
11. Acceptance
By submitting your application to the Tara Affiliate Program, you affirm and acknowledge that you have read this agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept all the terms of this agreement, please do not apply for or participate in the affiliate program.
