Program Terms

The Anteros is a luxury womenswear brand focused on providing quality natural fiber clothing with a unique sense of style, with thoughtful pricing. We offer elevated wardrobe staples that blend refinement with elevated styling, crafted in Portugal made from the highest quality Italian fabrics. Our affiliate program offers a flat 12% commission and is open to publishers aligned with our aesthetic and values. We do not offer sales or discount codes, ensuring pricing integrity year-round. Our target markets include the U.S., U.K., EU, Canada, and Australia. Cookie length is 30 days. All partners are manually reviewed to ensure brand alignment.

Commission

We currently offer a flat 12% commission on all validated purchases. At this stage, we do not have commission tiers, but we may introduce them as we grow our program and identify standout performers. For example, in the future we may consider tiered incentives for premium content creators or style publishers who generate consistent, high-quality traffic and conversions. At present, our focus is on creating equitable partnerships across the board.

PPC

We prohibit all PPC (Pay Per Click) bidding on our brand name, related terms, or misspellings. This includes bidding on "The Anteros" or any combination involving our brand, as well as using our brand name in ad copy or display URLs. We reserve the right to remove partners who violate this policy. Since we currently do not run paid ads ourselves, this helps protect our organic brand presence and ensures affiliate integrity.

Transactions

Transactions are only commissionable if the customer keeps the product. We offer a 14-day return window, and any returned or cancelled orders will result in a reversed commission. Transactions will be validated once the return window has closed. We reserve the right to reverse commissions in the case of fraud, duplicate orders, or orders cancelled due to inventory issues.

Branding

The Anteros maintains a strong visual and written identity. Partners must follow our branding guidelines, which can be found in the attached document. Affiliates may not alter our logos, images, or product descriptions. We do not permit the use of unapproved brand messaging, discount language, or unauthorized promotional claims. Content should reflect the luxury, minimalism, and timeless sensibility of The Anteros brand.

Notice Periods

We are reviewing AWIN's default notice period settings. Until further notice, any program changes (e.g., to commission structure, cookie duration, or terms) will follow AWIN’s standard policies. If we choose to customize these notice periods, they will be updated here and communicated to partners in advance.

Publishers

We currently welcome a curated selection of affiliates who align with our brand ethos—particularly those in fashion, lifestyle, slow luxury, and conscious consumer content. All publishers will be manually reviewed before acceptance. We do not work with coupon, cashback, or discount-oriented affiliates, as we do not offer any sales or codes. Preference will be given to creators, stylists, and digital platforms who produce high-quality editorial or social content.

De-duplication

At this time, we are not running any paid advertising channels, so de-duplication settings are not currently needed. However, to ensure fair attribution in the future, we reserve the right to implement de-duplication rules to prioritize affiliate traffic and avoid double commissions once additional marketing channels are introduced.
