Applications
We aim to review all affiliate applications within 7 days of submission. Approval is at our discretion to ensure alignment with our brand values.
Domain Usage
Affiliates are prohibited from purchasing, owning, or bidding on any domain names containing the MerchPNT brand or misspellings of "merchpnt.com". Affiliates may use MerchPNT brand terms correctly spelled after their own website domain.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)
Affiliates must not bid on or appear for MerchPNT brand names, related keywords, or any variations, including URLs, in search engine advertising without prior written approval. Unauthorized PPC activity may lead to suspension.
Exclusive Voucher Codes
Voucher codes provided exclusively to certain affiliates must not be shared or used by others. Any commissions generated through unauthorized use of exclusive codes will be declined.
IAB Guidelines for Voucher Code Usage
All affiliates are expected to comply with the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) guidelines on voucher code usage. MerchPNT provides up-to-date offers, but affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional content is accurate and not misleading.
Commission Payments
Commissions are validated 30 days after the transaction date to account for returns and cancellations. Payments are made monthly once the minimum payout threshold is reached.
Branding
Affiliates must adhere strictly to MerchPNT brand guidelines. Logos and creative materials may not be altered without prior approval. Hardcoding banners is discouraged to allow for timely updates.
Suspensions and Leaving the Programme
Violation of these terms may result in suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions. Upon leaving the programme, affiliates must remove all MerchPNT references, including logos, links, and product information.
