COMMISSION
Commission is paid on the Net total and is not paid on delivery costs or canceled and returned orders. dryrobe® reserves the right to flex commission by product, category, returning customer or publisher type. You will be given 24 hours notice for any negative changes to commission rates.
VOUCHER CODES
Affiliates must only promote voucher codes shared by dryrobe® through Awin or directly. dryrobe® will closely monitor the voucher codes used in each transaction. Unauthorised and expired codes are not permitted and any affiliate found to be promoting them on their site will have the relevant transaction declined. Affiliates found promoting unauthorised codes could also face suspension from the programme please email dryrobe@silverbean.com for any further information.
SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
dryrobe® may, in its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently suspend any Affiliate from the programme and terminate this Agreement with 24 hour’s written notice, if the Affiliate is found to have breached the terms of this Agreement, or failed to provide the agreed services, and has failed to remedy the breach within a reasonable time frame in accordance with the agreed service levels.
CASHBACK
Cashback is not valid on orders that have used a unauthorised voucher code or received an extra discount.
CREATIVE
Affiliates may only use logos or imagery that have been provided by us and signed off by us before posting live on your website. Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through Impact. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Awin may take immediate effect.
PAID SEARCH GUIDELINES
dryrobe® wishes to uphold the original values of our Affiliate Partners; which is to add value to the dryrobe® brand and products. Unless authorised by us no partner is permitted to bid on any brand or non brand keywords within ppc, display or google shopping campaigns.
Please Note: Any updates to these brand guidelines will be communicated to Affiliate Partners via the Awin platform to ensure all stakeholders are in receipt of the latest version. In applying for the dryrobe® programme you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
Anyone found infringing on these terms will be immediately warned and may have commissions
reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Reactivation of your account will be decided on a case by case basis.
