Affiliate Program Terms – OneOdio
Eligible Commissions
Commissions are only paid for new customers who make their first purchase via the affiliate’s unique tracking link or code.
Repeat purchases by the same customer through affiliate links will not qualify if the original purchase was not attributed to the affiliate.
Invalid Orders
Commissions will not be paid for orders that:
Are returned, refunded, or canceled.
Are placed by customers who have previously purchased the same product via non-affiliate channels (organic, direct, or other affiliate links).
Involve coupon or voucher websites that merely redirect or duplicate existing discount codes without genuine promotion efforts.
Coupon / Voucher Affiliates
Only eligible for commission if they bring new paying customers.
Any misuse of coupon codes or last-click hijacking will result in voided commissions.
Reporting & Auditing
OneOdio reserves the right to audit all affiliate transactions.
Any suspicious activity may lead to removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
General Terms
Commissions are tracked via Awin and are subject to the platform’s verification.
OneOdio reserves the right to update terms at any time with prior notice.
