1. Commission & Payment
Standard Commission: 15% of net sale value (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns).
Validation Period: Commissions are validated after a 30-day return window.
Payouts: Managed through AWIN, according to their standard payment schedule.
2. Cookie Duration
Cookies last 30 days. If a customer purchases within this window after clicking your link, you'll receive commission.
3. Affiliate Approval
All affiliate applications are subject to approval by the aligrace team.
We prioritize partners whose content aligns with our brand mission: slow fashion, sustainability, and a distinctive aesthetic.
aligrace reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates at our discretion.
4. Creative Guidelines
Use only official images, logos, and product information provided by aligrace or AWIN.
Content must be authentic and aligned with aligrace’s brand identity—no false claims or misleading representations.
Personal styling and storytelling are encouraged.
5. Voucher & Discount Code Use
Only approved and provided discount codes may be shared.
Use of unauthorized codes will result in commission cancellation and possible removal from the program.
6. Email Marketing
Email promotions are allowed only with prior written approval.
No purchased lists or spam tactics.
7. Social Media & Disclosure
FTC-compliant disclosure is required on all posts containing affiliate links (e.g., #ad, #affiliate, or “commission earned”).
Transparency builds trust—we’re all about that.
8. Removal from Program
aligrace reserves the right to remove any affiliate for:
Inactivity for 90+ days
Breach of terms or misuse of affiliate tools
Misalignment with brand values
9. Changes to Terms
Terms are subject to change at aligrace’s discretion. All changes will be communicated via AWIN or email.
