The following terms and conditions are applicable as of when you participate in the Paula’s Choice partner programme via Awin. These rules are valid alongside Awin’s general terms and conditions. Before signing up to participate in the Paula’s Choice partner programme, please read the terms and conditions thoroughly.
Email Marketing
Publishers are only allowed to send out mailings if they have received explicit permission from the advertiser. It is mandatory to send a preview to Paula's Choice before sending out the mailing. This can be sent to: affiliate@paulaschoice-eu.com.
SEA and Google Shopping
It is not allowed to use SEA or CSS to direct traffic to the Paula’s Choice website, nor to advertise on Paula’s Choice and Paula’s Choice brand related search terms. Unless given written approval from affiliate@paulaschoice-eu.com.
Voucher/Discount Code Websites
Voucher- and/or discount code websites are not allowed to participate in this programme unless given written approval from affiliate@paulaschoice-eu.com. Promotion for this programme via such websites will lead to the rejection of any transactions.
Multiple Conversions per Click
Multiple conversions per click are not allowed and will be rejected.
Other
Commissions are received on all transactions in the UK webshop, including discounted items, trial/travel sizes and orders placed using a discount code.
Tracking
Tracking takes place via cookies and fingerprint tracking.
Exclusion from Partner Programme
Paula’s Choice has the right to remove publishers from the partner programme in Awin at any moment, for reasons such as, but not limited to, spamming, illegal activities and inappropriate advertising. Any violations of the terms and conditions may also lead to exclusion of the programme.
Affiliate Links and Banners
It is allowed to place and use Paula’s Choice promotion materials (banners, logos, product images) on your website or platform. You may use the materials provided via Awin. Using self-made creatives is not allowed. If you wish to make use of different materials than those provided, please contact affiliate@paulaschoice-eu.com for approval.
