BDXY Studio Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions
1. General
By joining the BDXY Studio Affiliate Program, publishers agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. BDXY Studio reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of any modifications.
2. Publisher Benefits
Upon approval, publishers will receive:
Access to high-quality marketing assets, including banners, product images, and text links.
A standard 10% commission per sale, with opportunities for increased rates based on performance.
Exclusive promotions, early access to new collections, and performance-based bonus incentives.
3. Commission Structure & Payment
Standard Commission Rate: 10% per sale.
Performance Bonuses: Additional 5% for publishers generating over $1,000 in monthly sales.
Commission Exclusions: Sales made using unauthorized discount codes or fraudulent activities will not be eligible for commission.
Payments: Commissions are tracked and paid through AWIN based on their standard payment cycles.
4. Validation & Returns Policy
Transactions are validated after the order is processed and shipped.
Commissions will not be awarded for returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
The standard validation period is 30 days from the date of purchase.
5. Cookie Policy
The program operates on a 30-day cookie window. Sales made within this timeframe after a user clicks an affiliate link will be attributed to the publisher.
6. Use of Voucher & Promotional Codes
Only authorized discount codes provided through AWIN’s My Offers section or direct communication from BDXY Studio are permitted.
Unauthorized or self-generated codes may result in commission reversal and program suspension.
7. PPC Policy
Publishers are not allowed to bid on BDXY Studio brand terms or variations in paid search campaigns.
Direct linking to BDXY Studio’s website from PPC ads is prohibited.
Non-compliance may result in immediate removal from the program.
8. Transaction Tracking & Approval
Commission is awarded on the final transaction value excluding VAT and shipping costs.
Transactions will be declined in cases of:
Canceled or refunded orders.
Invalid or unauthorized discount codes used.
Any fraudulent activity or policy violations.
9. Branding Guidelines
Publishers must use official BDXY Studio branding assets provided in the AWIN platform.
BDXY Studio’s name and trademarks must not be altered, misrepresented, or associated with unauthorized promotions.
Publishers may not engage in activities that harm BDXY Studio’s reputation.
10. Notice Period & Policy Changes
BDXY Studio reserves the right to update commission rates, promotional guidelines, and partnership terms.
A 7-day notice period will be provided for any significant program changes affecting publisher commissions or operations.
11. Publisher Eligibility & Restrictions
BDXY Studio welcomes publishers from various categories, including fashion bloggers, influencers, and content creators.
BDXY Studio does not accept:
Websites promoting illegal, adult, or hate content.
Cashback and coupon-only websites without prior approval.
12. Violations & Consequences
Publishers who breach these Terms & Conditions may face consequences, including:
Commission reversals for invalid transactions.
Temporary suspension from the program.
Permanent removal from the affiliate program for repeat offenses.
