9PHXRACING Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
As an authorized affiliate of 9PHXRACING, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting 9PHXRACING as an Affiliate.
Commission is paid on the order total excluding VAT and shipping costs
Bidding on our brand terms (or any sentence including our brand terms e.g. "9PHX voucher codes" or "9PHXRACING" ) in PPC is considered non-value to us and will result in suspension
Affiliates cannot link directly to the 9PHXRACING website from any search unless otherwise agreed.
Affiliates may only present to their customers codes or discounts specifically provided to the affiliate channel. Use of unauthorised codes will result in commissions being cancelled and potential removal from the program.
All affiliates must only use content provided by 9PHXRACING directly with no edits made.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring content is kept up to date and the information shown is correct.
Affiliates must not frame or copy the 9PHXRACING website.
Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of 9PHX
If an affiliate wishes to send out an email promoting 9PHXRACING they must first gain sign off.
9PHXRACING reserve the right to request that content be removed with 24 hours should these terms not be adhered to.
Affiliates are not permitted to pose as 9PHX on any social media. Affiliates are permitted to advertise 9PHX on their own social media pages.
If an affiliate is found to promote any of the following content they will be suspended immediately - Adult, explicit, offensive, abusive, violent, misleading, obscene, racist, discriminative, extremist, illegal or relating to gambling, bad debt or tobacco products..
