• Publishers must not use any content on their websites without obtaining proper permission, nor should they use materials that have not been directly supplied by Awin.
• Publishers are strictly prohibited from designing their websites in a manner that could potentially cause confusion with the client's websites or give the false impression that the publisher's website is associated with or a part of the client's official website.
• Participation in Search Engine Marketing (SEM/SEA) is not allowed within the affiliate program.
Brand Bidding Restrictions
- - Use of brand keywords: Publishers may not bid on or use our brand name, any variations of our brand terms, or misspellings in paid search advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), including both keywords and ad text.
- - Keyword targeting: Targeting keywords that are closely associated with our brand, including those that combine our brand with generic terms or incorrect spellings, is prohibited.
- - Traffic redirection: It is forbidden to redirect traffic to our website or landing pages, either directly or indirectly, using advertisements with brand-related keywords.

Discount Code Guidelines
The sharing or publishing of affiliate discount codes on third-party websites is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
Sharing of Discount Codes
Discount codes provided by us are intended solely for your approved advertising channels. Posting them on third-party platforms, such as external voucher or deal websites, is not allowed.
Unauthorized Distribution
Voucher codes cannot be shared independently or through third-party platforms, including voucher websites, forums, or social media groups.
Misuse for Commission Generation
Any attempt to generate commissions by posting codes on unauthorized third-party channels is considered a violation of our guidelines.
Consequences of Non-compliance
To maintain fair competition, we reserve the right to implement the following actions if this policy is violated:
Withholding or reclaiming commissions earned through the unauthorized publication of codes.
Terminating the affiliate partnership in cases of serious or repeated infractions of these rules.
