Shakeup Cosmetics Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Program Enrollment
To participate in our program, you must apply through the Awin affiliate platform. All applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not align with our brand values or marketing strategy.
Commission & Tracking
Affiliates earn a competitive commission on all approved sales tracked via Awin. A sale is considered valid if it is not returned, refunded, or canceled. Tracking is based on a 30-day cookie duration, meaning the affiliate will be credited for a purchase made within 30 days of the initial click, provided no other affiliate has claimed the sale.
Payout Terms
Commission payments are processed through Awin. Payments are issued once the minimum payout threshold is reached, and after the standard validation period to account for returns or cancellations. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correctly set within Awin. The minimum payout threshold is determined by Awin and depends on your payment method and location.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Shakeup Cosmetics authentically through blogs, social media, videos, email marketing (with appropriate consent), and other ethical content strategies. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Bidding on our brand name or trademarked terms in paid ads.
Using our brand name in domain names, URLs, or social handles.
Promoting via unauthorized coupon, cashback, or incentive sites.
Misleading or false advertising.
Self-referrals or using your own affiliate link to make personal purchases.
Use of Brand Assets
Affiliates may use approved logos, images, banners, and text available in the Awin portal. All materials must be used as provided and cannot be modified or used in a misleading context.
Termination Clause
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any affiliate from the program without prior notice if these terms are violated. In cases of fraud, misuse, or misrepresentation, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
Changes to Terms
Shakeup Cosmetics reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Participation in this program does not constitute any form of employment or agency relationship. Shakeup Cosmetics is not liable for indirect damages, tracking discrepancies, or third-party platform issues.
CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) Terms
Shakeup Cosmetics welcomes approved CSS partners under the following conditions:
Pre-approval requirement: All CSS partners must receive written approval from Shakeup Cosmetics before engaging in any paid shopping activities. Unauthorized activities may result in commission forfeiture or program suspension.
No bidding on brand terms: CSS partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on Shakeup Cosmetics brand names, trademarks, or variations (including misspellings) unless explicitly authorized.
Negative keyword matching: CSS partners must implement negative keyword matching for all brand-related terms to prevent competition with Shakeup Cosmetics’ own paid search campaigns.
No Performance Max campaigns: Use of Google’s Performance Max campaigns is not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from Shakeup Cosmetics. Violating this term may lead to a 0% commission rate and removal from the program.
Data feeds: CSS partners must use the official data feeds provided by Shakeup Cosmetics through Awin. Scraping or unauthorized collection of data from the Shakeup Cosmetics website is prohibited.
