**Terms and Conditions for PiBot's Affiliate Program**
1. **General Terms**
By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all publishers in the program. Any violation of these terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of earned commissions.
2. **Paid Search Activity**
Paid search activity is only permitted with prior written approval. Bidding on our brand name, product names, or domain-related keywords is prohibited unless specifically authorized. Any unauthorized paid search activity will result in commission reversal and removal from the program.
3. **Commissions and Payment**
- Standard Commission: 12% on each sale.
- Minimum Commission: $3.00 per sale (fixed).
- Payments will be processed monthly, subject to a minimum payment threshold of $27.99.
- Commission payments will be based on actual sales, excluding returns, chargebacks, and fraudulent activity.
4. **Return and Refund Policy**
Commissions will only be paid on completed and confirmed sales. If a product is returned, the commission will be deducted in the next payment cycle. Refunds or chargebacks will void any related commissions.
5. **Prohibited Activities**
Publishers are not allowed to:
- Use deceptive or misleading practices.
- Engage in cookie stuffing or click fraud.
- Misrepresent our products or services in any way.
- Bid on our brand terms or domain names for search engine marketing without prior approval.
6. **Copyright and Trademark**
Publishers must not use our brand, logo, or trademarks without permission. Any promotional materials must be approved before use. Misuse of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination from the program.
7. **Termination**
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited if there are violations of the terms.
