HEVA Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the HEVA Affiliate Program. Please read the following terms carefully before applying. These terms are designed to protect both you (our valued partner) and the HEVA brand. It is your responsibility to comply with these terms at all times while participating in the program. We look forward to building a successful partnership with you.
DEFINITIONS
As used in this agreement:
(i) “HEVA,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to HEVA Herbs, the owner and operator of www.myheva.com
(ii) “You” or “your” refers to the affiliate applicant or approved affiliate partner
(iii) “Our Website” means https://www.myheva.com
(iv) “Your Website” refers to any platforms (websites, blogs, social media, etc.) used by you to promote our products
(v) “Program” refers to the HEVA Affiliate Program
ENROLLMENT
Once we receive your application, we will review your submission and notify you of your acceptance or rejection within 48 business hours. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. If you feel your application was rejected in error, you're welcome to contact us with further details for reconsideration. Please ensure you list all channels where you plan to promote HEVA.
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
After approval, you will receive access to unique tracking links through the affiliate platform. You agree to only use tracking codes provided through the official affiliate system. All websites, landing pages, and marketing assets must clearly reflect HEVA’s brand and cannot resemble or replicate HEVA’s site, branding, or identity in a misleading way.
The following are prohibited:
Cookie stuffing
Masking the referring URL
Framing our website
False or misleading affiliate links
Any unauthorized redirect behavior
COUPON GUIDELINES
You may only promote coupon codes officially provided through the affiliate platform.
You may not:
Use expired, unauthorized, or leaked coupon codes
Promote discount codes from newsletters, customer emails, or internal promotions
Set cookies via misleading buttons, expired offers, or “click-to-show” tactics
Violating these guidelines may result in reduced commissions or declined transactions.
DOMAIN NAMES
You may not use HEVA or any variation/misspelling in your domain or subdomain name (e.g., hevaherbs-coupons.com, heva-discounts.net). This includes combining our name with other keywords like “discount,” “coupon,” or “official.”
ADVERTISING & EMAIL MARKETING
Any promotional materials (e.g., banners, emails, blog posts) that mention HEVA must be submitted to us for approval prior to publication.
COMMISSION CLARIFICATIONS
Commission Rate: 7% of the total order value - Taking into consideration that the HEVA pack costs 1500 USD (with opportunities for bonuses and higher tiers for top performers).
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Payment: As per affiliate platform terms
Sales tracked using approved HEVA links only
Commissions apply to affiliate-approved traffic and codes only
Transactions using unauthorized codes, coupons, or referral links may be declined or awarded reduced commission
VIOLATIONS & TERMINATION
HEVA reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program for any reason, including breach of these terms. We also reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions earned through prohibited practices.
