Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions – delilah

Welcome to the delilah affiliate programme. By joining, you agree to the following terms:

Commission & Tracking

• Commission is paid on net sales (excluding VAT, shipping, returns, and cancellations).

• Our standard cookie window is 30 days.

• Commissions are tracked and paid via the Awin platform.

Restrictions

• Affiliates may not bid on delilah brand terms (including variations or misspellings) in paid search (e.g. Google Ads, Bing).

• Use of our website content, images, and branding must be in line with our brand guidelines.

• Voucher code sites must only promote codes that are provided through Awin or approved by delilah.

Returns & Cancellations

• Commission will not be paid on refunded or cancelled orders.

Brand Integrity

• We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates who do not align with our brand values or who promote content that is inappropriate, misleading, or unethical.

Changes

• Terms may be updated at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
