App Tracking
Just Eat offers tracking for app orders. This is what the click user flow looks like:
• Person clicks the affiliate link from their mobile phone but does not have an App> App Store
• Person clicks the affiliate link from the web browser website
• Person clicks the affiliate link from his mobile phone and already has the app> Just Eat app

Since obtaining permission to place certain cookies is legally required for every website according to the GDPR, visitors are now actively asked for permission when visiting the website. This means that visitors must give permission before our marketing cookies can be placed.
Restrictions/Conditions
• Blackbox/blind traffic is not allowed without permission from Just Eat
• Use of the Just Eat brand/logo in PR/media communications is not permitted without the consent of Just Eat • It is not allowed to frame the website of Just Eat without permission.
• Loyalty programs, cashback. discount code and review publishers may only promote Just Eat with the permission of Just Eat. We only work with a limited number of publishers from these categories.
• Publishers may only communicate actions that are communicated by Just Eat. It is not allowed to publish discount codes / promotions without the permission of Just Eat. If no permission has been given for the use of a discount code and/or promotion, the transactions may be rejected and exclusion from the program may follow.
• Direct linking, typosquatting, cookie dropping, deception and other illegal traffic generation and forwarding are prohibited and may result in exclusion from the program.
•Affiliates are prohibited to bid on branded terms and mis-spellings within search engines, they should proactively exclude such terms via negative keyword lists. The use of branded terms in domains or direct linking to our domain is also prohibited. Any breaches will result in commissions and partnerships being cancelled.
• Affiliates promoting any voucher codes which are leaked and inappropriately to another site or platform will be removed immediately and no commission will be paid and may result in exclusion from the program.
• Restaurants are excluded from participation in this affiliate program
• It is not allowed to advertise / purchase in search engines on the brand name Just Eat , misspellings thereof or word combinations.
• It is not allowed to include the name Just Eat, combinations and/or misspellings thereof in the ad title or ad text.
• If you advertise in search engines, you may not be visible on the brand name Just Eat, combinations and/or misspellings thereof.
• The brand name Just Eat should be widely excluded.
• The brand name Just Eat or other misspellings may not be used as a subdomain. This is also not allowed in the display URL of advertisements.
• It is not allowed to link advertisements directly to Just Eat from the search engine without any permission
•Advertising on marketplace sites or similar platforms by means of advertisements is not allowed without permission.
HFSS regulation
We are not allowed to advertise to anyone below 18 years old. If we find that any of our affiliates are targeting anyone below 18 then there is a penalty of termination of partnership.
Final
Violation of these rules may mean that all sales will be cancelled and access to the Just Eat program will be denied. Just Eat reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
