Welcome to the Plnktn Affiliate Program! We're excited that you're interested in promoting our brand. To maintain high-quality partnerships and protect our brand integrity, the following conditions apply:
1. Brand Protection
Affiliates must never imply that they represent Plnktn or speak on behalf of Plnktn.
The use of Plnktn trademarks, brand names, domains, or logos in domain names, social media profiles, or advertisements without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they act independently as affiliate partners.
2. Promotional Guidelines
All promotions must align with Plnktn's positive, sustainable, and health-conscious brand image.
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Plnktn products or services on platforms or websites containing sexually explicit content, violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities (including 18+ websites).
Spam and aggressive marketing techniques are strictly prohibited.
3. Affiliate Content
All content used by affiliates must be accurate, clear, and up-to-date.
Affiliates must avoid making false claims or unverified health benefits.
Affiliate links must be transparent and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising and consumer protection.
4. PPC Policy
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Plnktn brand-related keywords (e.g., "Plnktn," "Plnktn supplements," or similar variations) without explicit approval.
Direct linking to Plnktn's official website via paid search ads (SEA) is not permitted without prior consent.
5. Transactions and Commissions
Commissions will only be paid for valid and successfully completed transactions that are not returned or canceled.
Plnktn reserves the right to audit suspicious transactions and revoke commissions in cases of fraud or abuse.
6. Termination of Partnership
Plnktn reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately in the event of violation of these terms or if an affiliate's behavior is considered harmful to the brand.
Upon termination, affiliates must immediately remove all Plnktn-related materials and references.
7. Approval and Monitoring
Plnktn reserves the right to individually review and approve affiliates before commencing collaboration.
Periodic audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with these terms.
