Connect Fibre Affiliate Programme Terms
To participate in the Connect Fibre Limited (“Connect Fibre”) Affiliate Programme (“Programme”), affiliates must be members of Awin Limited’s Affiliate Window Network (“Affiliate Window Network”). Existing members must review and accept these terms. Non-members must register with Awin Limited, then agree to these terms to join.
Agreement
Upon acceptance, these terms form a legally binding agreement between Connect Fibre and the affiliate (“Affiliate”).
Eligible Affiliates
Permitted affiliate types include, but are not limited to:
- Cashback and loyalty sites
- Voucher code sites
- Email affiliates
- Price comparison sites
- Content sites
Connect Fibre reserves the right to terminate this agreement and an Affiliate’s participation immediately if their website or app (“Site”) is deemed unsuitable, at Connect Fibre’s sole discretion.
Unsuitable Sites
Sites ineligible for the Programme include those that:
- Infringe Connect Fibre’s, its affiliates’, or third-party trademark rights, or violate any third-party rights
- Contain sexually explicit material
- Feature hate, violent, or offensive content
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or other grounds
- Encourage illegal activities or breach applicable laws (e.g., spyware, adware, or spam)
- Violate intellectual property rights, including scraping text or images from Connect Fibre or its affiliates’ websites
- Lack a clear online privacy policy
- Use deceptive or fraudulent methods to generate clicks
- Incorporate Connect Fibre trademarks in domain names
- Stream unlicensed content or operate as file-sharing, FTP, or torrent sites
- Are otherwise deemed inappropriate by Connect Fibre
Search Engine Advertising
Our affiliate programme does not allow the use of Google Search ads (PPC) to promote our brand. This means affiliates cannot bid on our brand name, trademarks, or any variations in Google Ads. Other search engines are allowed. Transactions coming from Google Search Ads through AWIN will be rejected.
Commissionable Products
- Broadband: Eligible for commission
- Add-ons: Not eligible

Transaction Queries
Queries must be submitted within 2 months of the transaction date, or they will be rejected.
