1. Commission is paid at a flat 5% but we are willing to negotiate with certain publishers (up to a maximum of 10%) where large website users may result in an improved commission.
2. We do not permit any of our publishers to bid on paid search on our brand.
3. We will provide all relevant creatives but are happy for publishers to use self-created assets that have been approved in writing by Direct365.
4. Commission is paid 30 days after order is placed to allow for processing and delivery. Due to our diverse customer base, some customers have a legal right to return an item 30 days after receiving.
5. If, within the 30 days after order is placed, the buyer cancels or rejects an order, no commission will be paid.
