NINETYNINE DREAMS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT
This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Ninetynine Dreams ("we," "us," or "our") and you, the affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). By registering for or participating in the affiliate program (the "Program"), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. OVERVIEW
The Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting Ninetynine Dreams products on your website, blog, social media, or other online platforms. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement in order to participate in the Program.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By signing up and participating in the Program, you agree to abide by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to the terms, do not participate in the Program.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
You must meet the following criteria to participate:
You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must not promote products in a manner that violates any local, state, or international laws.
You must not use spam or unethical marketing methods.
4. APPROVAL PROCESS
Once you apply for the Program, your application will be reviewed. You will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
5. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
As an Affiliate, you will earn a commission on sales generated through your referral links. The exact commission percentage will be specified in your Affiliate Dashboard.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Methods: Affiliates will be paid through one of the following methods: PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. You must provide the correct payment details to ensure accurate processing.
Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed bi-weekly. Affiliates will receive commissions every two weeks, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold.
Minimum Payment Threshold: You must reach a minimum commission of $X before a payment will be made. If the threshold is not met, the unpaid commissions will carry over to the next payment period.
Payment Disputes: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding payments, you must contact us within 15 days of the payment date. After this period, no disputes will be considered.
Payment Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Zelle, Venmo). However, we will make every effort to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner.
7. USE OF LINKS AND MARKETING MATERIALS
You may use our banners, links, and other promotional materials provided in your Affiliate Dashboard. These may be placed on your website, blog, or social media pages.
Not Allowed: You may not use our links, banners, or promotional materials on adult content sites, hate sites, or any illegal or offensive platforms.
Approval for Email Campaigns: Any email marketing campaigns must be approved by us before being sent to your subscribers.
Prohibited Placements: You are not allowed to place banners in newsgroups, chat rooms, message boards, hit farms, or other non-acceptable placements.
8. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
Fraudulent activity, including the use of robots, scripts, or any form of manipulation to generate fake clicks or commissions, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt at fraud will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
9. COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use a cookie policy that tracks referrals for 30 days. If a customer purchases within that period via your referral link, you will earn a commission. Commissions are not applicable if a customer cancels or refunds their order.
10. ADVERTISING RULES
You are not allowed to use any paid search activities (PPC) targeting our brand terms, misspellings of our brand name, or variations of our website URL in any advertisement (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
PPC Restrictions:
Bidding on brand terms (e.g., "Ninetynine Dreams") is not allowed.
Using misspellings of our brand in the domain or ad title is prohibited.
You may not advertise as our brand or impersonate our brand in any form of advertising.
11. DISCOUNT CODE POLICIES
You are prohibited from promoting any discount codes or vouchers unless they have been explicitly approved by us. Any unauthorized discount codes found on your site will result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any commissions earned.
12. CONTENT CREATION
You may not alter or create your own version of any of the marketing materials or banners we provide. If you wish to use materials not provided through our affiliate platform, you must get prior approval from us.
13. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
14. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. If any material changes occur, we will notify you via email or through our website. You will have the option to accept or withdraw from the Program if any changes are made.
15. TERMINATION
We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of this Agreement, fraud, or failure to comply with our guidelines. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be voided.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
