PPC Terms and Conditions – Moon & Skin Affiliate Program
Please carefully read the Moon & Skin affiliate terms and conditions for PPC marketing before joining our program or running any paid advertising campaigns. These guidelines are designed to ensure fairness and profitability for both Moon & Skin and our affiliates.
Definitions
As used in these Terms:
(i) “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Moon & Skin.
(ii) “You” or “your” refers to the Affiliate.
(iii) “Our website” refers to www.moonandskin.com.
(iv) “Your website” refers to any site you use to link to our website.
(v) “Program” refers to the Moon & Skin Affiliate Program.
PPC Guidelines
If you participate in PPC advertising as part of our affiliate program, you must follow these guidelines:
You may NOT:
Bid on any of our trademarked terms, including variations or misspellings, or combine them with categories, locations, or languages in search or content-based campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other ad network.
Bid on prohibited keywords in any country.
Use our trademarked terms or misspellings in your domain name (e.g., www.MoonAndSkin-discounts.com).
You MAY:
Bid on Moon & Skin trademark terms only in combination with the following keywords:
“Moon & Skin coupon(s)”
“Moon & Skin promo code(s)”
“Moon & Skin discount”
“Moon & Skin voucher code(s)”
However, these ads must lead to a dedicated coupon landing page—not our homepage or other pages.
Use phrase matching or broad match modifiers when bidding, such as "Moon & Skin coupon" or +Moon+Skin+coupon.
Create a negative keyword list including "Moon & Skin" as an exact match and apply it to all campaigns. Each time a new campaign is launched, this step must be repeated.
We reserve the right to make final decisions on any PPC terms and conditions.
Advertising & Publicity
Email marketing is permitted, but all affiliates must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations and contact us before launching email campaigns to receive suppression lists. Any partner who does not seek approval first will be considered in violation of these terms.
Enforcement Measures
If you engage in any prohibited activities:
We will notify you via email and request that you stop immediately.
You must halt the activity as soon as possible and confirm compliance.
Repeated violations may result in termination from the Moon & Skin Affiliate Program.
