Chic Le Frique Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By applying to the Chic Le Frique Affiliate Program, you (the "Affiliate") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Chic Le Frique reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Commission & Payouts
Affiliates will earn a minimum of 5% commission on valid purchases made through their unique tracking link within the specified cookie duration. Commission rates are outlined in the AWIN program details and may be subject to change.
Ineligible Transactions: Orders that are duplicated, canceled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent will not qualify for commission.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and transparency when promoting Chic Le Frique. The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Misleading Advertising: Affiliates may not use deceptive, false, or misleading advertising tactics.
Paid Search (PPC): Bidding on Chic Le Frique brand terms, including misspellings or variations, is prohibited.
Coupon and Cashback Sites: Affiliates promoting offers through coupon or cashback websites must only promote approved offers listed on AWIN.
Email Marketing: Any email marketing campaigns require prior written approval from Chic Le Frique.
Brand Representation: Affiliates may not claim to be official representatives or employees of Chic Le Frique.
Use of Brand Assets
Affiliates are permitted to use approved banners, images, and marketing materials provided through AWIN. Any modifications to these materials, including logos, product images, or content, are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Chic Le Frique.
Cookie Duration
The tracking cookie for the Chic Le Frique Affiliate Program lasts for 30 days. Commissions will be attributed to the last valid affiliate link clicked before the purchase is made within the cookie window.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates engaging in the following activities will be immediately removed from the program and forfeit any outstanding commissions:
Unauthorized Discount Codes: The use or promotion of unauthorized discount codes or misleading pricing claims.
Trademark Infringement: The use of Chic Le Frique brand terms in domain names, advertisements, or social media handles.
Fraudulent Traffic: The generation of fake traffic or the use of bots to inflate traffic or sales.
Inappropriate Content: The promotion of adult content, hate speech, illegal content, or any other prohibited material.
Termination of Affiliate Account
Chic Le Frique reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice in the event of a violation of these terms. In cases of fraud or breach, any pending commissions may be withheld. Termination is at the sole discretion of Chic Le Frique.
Modification of Terms
Chic Le Frique may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes via AWIN. Continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
