Thank you for your interest in joining the KATU Ambassadors Program. By participating, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Overview
KATU is a premium brand offering organic crib mattresses made with certified, natural materials. We’re committed to safe sleep and sustainable parenting. This affiliate program rewards publishers for driving sales through unique tracking links.
2. Commission Structure
Commission Rate: $50 per validated sale
Cookie Duration: 30 days
Payment Terms: Payouts are issued monthly after the 30-day return window
Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonuses and seasonal incentives may be offered
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote KATU via:
Blog posts, reviews, and social media content
Newsletters and general product recommendations
Not allowed:
PPC bidding on the KATU brand name or close variants
Misleading or false claims
Use of coupon/deal sites unless pre-approved
Any form of paid traffic that directly links to our website without approval
4. Branding & Content Use
Only use visuals and product descriptions from our website (getkatu.com)
Do not alter our logo, product names, or create false representations
All content must align with our values of safety, trust, and eco-consciousness
5. Order Validation & Reversals
We reserve the right to reverse commissions on:
Cancelled or refunded orders
Orders with unauthorized discounts
Self-referrals or fraudulent activity
6. FTC Compliance
Affiliates must disclose their relationship with KATU in accordance with FTC guidelines. For example:
"As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases."
7. Termination
We reserve the right to pause or terminate any partnership at our discretion, especially in the case of brand misuse or policy violations.
