JUCY Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the JUCY Group Limited Affiliate Program ("Program") operated via the AWIN network. By applying and participating, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Program Overview
The JUCY Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring eligible bookings made directly on https://www.jucy.com. This is a performance-based partnership operated through the AWIN affiliate marketing platform.
2. Promotional Methods
Approved channels include:
- Content websites and travel blogs
- Social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Loyalty, rewards, and cashback platforms
- Deal and coupon aggregators (authorised codes only)
- Influencer channels and video platforms
- Mobile apps
- Directory and price comparison websites
Prohibited channels include:
- Unsolicited email (spam)
- Paid search or PPC bidding (see Section 4)
- Use of JUCY branding or assets without approval
- Browser extensions or toolbar-based promotion
- Misleading ads, domain squatting, or impersonation
3. Coupon Code Policy
Authorized Use:
- Only JUCY-issued or AWIN-communicated coupon codes are permitted.
- Affiliates must clearly state that a code is required (e.g., "Save 10% with code JUCY10").
- Ensure all codes are valid and the terms are clearly stated at the time of promotion.
Prohibited:
- Promoting expired or scraped coupon codes
- Using “Click to reveal code” or misleading UX
- Deploying refer-a-friend, influencer, or other non-approved discount codes
- “Cookie stuffing” or deceptive linking techniques
- Violations may lead to removal from the program and loss of accrued commissions.
4. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Policy
PPC activity is strictly prohibited under this program.
Affiliates must not:
- Bid on brand terms such as "JUCY", "JUCY Rentals", "JUCY Car", or any misspellings
- Use JUCY domains or branding in display URLs
- Redirect paid search traffic to the JUCY website
- Breaches will result in immediate termination and commission clawback.
5. Linking to JUCY
Affiliates must direct all traffic exclusively to the official website: https://www.jucy.com
Permitted:
- Use of AWIN tracking links
- Deep linking to current, approved JUCY landing pages
Prohibited:
- Framing or embedding jucy.com within another site
- Using expired or broken links
- Redirects through unauthorised intermediary pages
- Affiliates are responsible for keeping all links current and fully functional.
6. Commission & Tracking
Commissions are only valid on eligible, confirmed bookings tracked via AWIN.
No commission is paid on:
- Cancelled bookings or no-shows
- Bookings using unauthorised codes
- Fraudulent or duplicate transactions
- Internal or employee bookings
- JUCY reserves the right to audit and adjust commissions accordingly.
7. Termination
JUCY may terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Immediate termination applies in cases of:
Brand misuse or trademark violations
Unauthorised promotional activity
Breach of AWIN or JUCY policy
8. Compliance & Disclosure
All affiliates must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including:
Australian Consumer Law
GDPR, Spam Act, CAN-SPAM
FTC and influencer disclosure requirements
Clearly disclose all paid or incentivised placements.
9. Brand Usage & IP
Affiliates may use JUCY’s approved logos, banners, and creatives solely to drive traffic to https://www.jucy.com.
Use of any brand asset must be pre-approved. Alterations, re-creations, or use in misleading contexts are strictly prohibited.
10. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates act as independent partners. This agreement does not create any employment, agency, or joint venture relationship. Affiliates may not make representations on behalf of JUCY.
11. Limitation of Liability
JUCY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to commissions paid to the affiliate over the prior 6-month period.
12. Amendments
JUCY may revise these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be communicated via AWIN.
