This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Agapée ("Agapée") and you as an Affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Agapée Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not participate in the program.
AGAPÉE PROGRAM TERMS
1. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Competitive commission rates on orders placed through Agapée.
The standard commission rate is 10%, with potential increases based on performance and long-term partnership.
Commission is paid on validated sales only. Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions will not be commissionable.
Payouts are made monthly, within 30 days of the close of each month.
2. COUPON & DISCOUNT CODE WEBSITES
Agapée does not allow affiliates to promote on cashback, voucher, or coupon code websites.
Unauthorized promotion of discount codes, whether real or fabricated, is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates found using expired or unauthorized discount codes will be removed from the program.
3. TRAFFIC & ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS
Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activity such as cookie stuffing, click fraud, or the use of bots.
Redirecting traffic through misleading or deceptive means is strictly forbidden.
Affiliates are not allowed to display Agapée ads through desktop pop-ups, automatic redirects, or deceptive overlays.
4. CONTENT & BRAND REPRESENTATION
Affiliates must accurately represent Agapée’s products and brand.
Misleading claims about pricing, quality, or promotions are strictly prohibited.
Content must be appropriate and free of hate speech, violence, or adult themes.
Affiliates must comply with local advertising laws and disclosure requirements.
5. AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY & TERMINATION
Agapée reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
Affiliates must maintain an active and legitimate online presence.
Failure to comply with this agreement may result in immediate removal from the program.
Any fraudulent activity, brand misuse, or policy violation will result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
6. EMAIL MARKETING POLICY
All email campaigns must be pre-approved by Agapée.
Spamming, misleading subject lines, or false claims are not permitted.
Failure to comply will result in removal from the program.
7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Agapée respects user privacy and does not share affiliate data with third parties without explicit consent.
Affiliates must also adhere to GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
8. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
Agapée reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
