  • When referring to us for the purpose of this program, DO NOT call Approach Tour's a “travel agency”.
  • When referring to us for the purpose of this program, DO NOT call us “Approach Travel”, “Approach Adventures”, “Approach Journeys” or other variants.
  • When referring to our employees for the purpose of this program, DO NOT call them “travel agents”.
  • When referring to our customers or members of your audience for the purpose of this program, please ONLY use the terms “retirees”, “mature travellers”, “people aged 55+”, or similar.
  • When referring to us for the purpose of this program, ONLY call Approach Tour's a “group tour operator”. 
  • When referring to us for the purpose of this program, ONLY call us “Approach Tours", or “Approach”.
  • When referring to our employees for the purpose of this program, ONLY call them “Sales and Traveller Champions”, “Salespeople” or “Support People”.

 

VISUALS

  • When using the visual assets included as part of this program, make sure they are fully visible as they have been designed, and are not cut off, cropped, or otherwise altered.
  • The Approach Tours trademark must also be used in its entirety without any alterations, and must have a margin around the logo equal to the height and width of the “A” medallion within the logo.
