Toggi Affiliate Programme - General Terms and Conditions
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a minimum 5% commission on all validated sales generated through their affiliate links.
Commission rates may vary based on performance and promotional campaigns.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must only use approved text ads and display visuals provided by Toggi through Awin.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring promotional content aligns with brand guidelines.
Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment
Commission payments will be processed by Awin, following their standard payment schedule.
Toggi reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Brand Protection
Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords, including 'Toggi,' in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
Affiliates are prohibited from using domain names that include Toggi’s brand name.
5. Termination
Toggi reserves the right to terminate an affiliate partnership at any time if terms are breached.
Affiliates may also request to terminate their participation in the program via the Awin platform.
6. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all UK advertising regulations and Awin’s network policies.
Clear disclosure of affiliate links must be maintained as per legal requirements.
7. Support
Affiliates will have access to ongoing support and promotional material updates.
Performance reviews will be conducted periodically to optimise results.
By joining the Toggi Affiliate Programme, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
