By joining the **Sync Beauty Affiliate Program**, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Our program is designed to create a mutually beneficial partnership while maintaining brand integrity and fair business practices.
* Affiliates earn a **competitive commission** on all qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
## **1\. Commission & Payments**
Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
Payments are made on a **monthly basis**, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
Commission rates and structures may be subject to change, with prior notice given to affiliates.
Sync Beauty reserves the right to withhold commissions if fraudulent activity is suspected.
### **2\. Promotional Guidelines**
Affiliates may promote **Sync Beauty** using approved marketing materials, including banners, links, and exclusive offers.
**Paid search (PPC) bidding** on brand-related keywords is not permitted unless explicitly approved.
False or misleading advertising, including exaggerated claims, is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must ensure all promotions comply with **FTC guidelines, GDPR regulations, and UK advertising laws**where applicable.
Affiliates must disclose their relationship with **Sync Beauty** in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
### **3\. Restrictions & Prohibited Activities**
Affiliates may **not** use spam, misleading redirects, or cookie stuffing.
Coupon and deal sites must have prior approval before promoting Sync Beauty.
Affiliates may not claim to be official representatives of the brand or engage in any activity that damages **Sync Beauty’s** reputation.
Fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, or artificially generated sales will result in **commission reversals** and possible account termination.
### **4\. Tracking & Attribution**
Sales are tracked using **cookie-based tracking** with a standard attribution window.
If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, commission is awarded based on the **last-click model**.
### **5\. Termination & Modifications**
**Sync Beauty** reserves the right to **terminate or suspend** any affiliate account at its sole discretion, especially in cases of rule violations.
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes in advance.
### **6\. Brand Protection & Intellectual Property**
Affiliates **may not modify, replicate, or misuse** **Sync Beauty’s** branding, logos, or product images without permission.
Any use of **Sync Beauty’s** intellectual property must align with the brand’s identity guidelines.
Sync Beauty **reserves the right to take legal action** against unauthorized use of its trademarks or copyrighted content.
### **7\. Right to Withhold or Adjust Commissions**
**Sync Beauty** reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or chargebacks.
Adjustments may be made to commissions if sales are found to be invalid or involve customer disputes.
Affiliates will be notified in advance if adjustments to their commission structure are necessary.
### **8\. Tracking & Attribution**
Sales are tracked using **cookie-based tracking** with a **30-day attribution window**.
If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, commission is awarded based on the **last-click model**.
**Sync Beauty is not responsible for any technical tracking issues** that may impact commissions.
