Betmate Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Betmate Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and have an active and approved account with Betmate and Awin to participate in the program.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions based on the referred player’s activity, including account sign-up, deposit, and participation in Betmate's football games. The commission rate and structure will be communicated through the affiliate dashboard.
Referral Tracking
Affiliates must use the unique tracking links and marketing materials provided by Awin to ensure proper tracking of referred players. Betmate and Awin use cookies to track referred users for attribution purposes, and commission is earned based on verified player activity.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are required to follow all advertising and promotional guidelines set by Betmate and Awin. Prohibited methods include, but are not limited to, misleading advertising, spam, and deceptive practices. Affiliates must promote Betmate in a manner that reflects the brand’s values of integrity and responsibility.
Payment Terms
Affiliates will receive monthly payments for commissions earned. Payments will be processed by Awin, and the minimum payout threshold must be met. Payment methods and terms will be governed by Awin’s payment policy.
Termination
Betmate and Awin reserve the right to terminate the affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for reasons including non-compliance with program terms, fraud, or violation of Awin’s policies. Affiliates may also request termination in writing, with notice provided in advance.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Betmate’s branding, logos, and promotional materials for marketing purposes. Affiliates must adhere to Awin’s guidelines for using these assets and may not alter or misuse any materials provided.
Compliance with Laws
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional methods comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws, including gambling and advertising regulations. Affiliates must also comply with Awin’s policies regarding GDPR and data protection.
Confidentiality
Affiliates agree not to disclose any confidential information related to Betmate or the Awin Affiliate Program. This includes user data, financial information, and program-specific strategies.
Amendments
Betmate reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. All changes will be communicated to affiliates through Awin’s platform, and continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Awin’s Role
Awin acts as the affiliate network and will handle all tracking, payment processing, and reporting for the Betmate Affiliate Program. Affiliates must comply with Awin’s affiliate network policies and terms of use, which are available on Awin’s platform.
