Pricing & Commission Structure
• One-time purchase – £49 (no subscription, no free trial)
• Affiliate base commission – 35.52% of the sale price
• AWIN CPI uplift of 12.6% is applied to the base commission, bringing the total effective payout to exactly 40% per confirmed sale
• Commissions are calculated on the full sale amount (£49)
• Example: For a £49 sale, base commission is £17.40 + CPI uplift £2.20 = £19.60 total commission (40%)
• 14-day commission validation window to allow for refunds and payment clearance before commissions are approved
• Standard AWIN uplift for potential missed sales is already included in the total commission rate

Affiliate Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to promote XSHRED through ethical marketing practices, including but not limited to:
• No misleading claims
• No spamming
• No unauthorized use of discount codes
• No brand bidding on search engines or direct linking without prior approval

Voucher Code Terms
• A universal voucher code (XSHRED10) is available for all affiliates to use from the start. This is optional and can be promoted immediately after joining the program.
• Exclusive personal codes (e.g. TOM10) are reserved for influencers and content creators. Affiliates in this category should contact us to request their own exclusive code — if we haven’t already sent you one.
• Coupon and voucher affiliates are permitted and will generally be issued a generic or campaign code (e.g. XSHRED10, BLACKFRIDAY10). A custom code name may be provided upon request.
• Custom name codes may also be assigned to affiliates who prefer a personalised option.
• Campaign codes (e.g. BLACKFRIDAY10, SUMMER15) may be released for time-limited promotions, and special higher-discount vouchers (15–20%) may be issued to selected affiliates during campaigns.
• Voucher codes are optional — affiliates may promote with or without them.
• All commissions are tracked on a last click wins basis. Voucher codes do not override tracking.
• Commission Adjustment: When a voucher code is used, the affiliate’s commission rate is slightly reduced to reflect the discounted sale price. Standard (higher) commission applies on full-price sales.
• Unless otherwise stated, vouchers:
- Provide a 10% discount on the XSHRED program.
- Are valid for one use per customer.
- Cannot be combined with other offers.
• Misuse of vouchers (e.g. publishing another affiliate’s exclusive code or misrepresenting details) may result in removal from the program.
